Terms
These terms apply to direct bookings with Juttershuis. A website request is not yet a confirmed booking.
Formation
An agreement is formed only after written acceptance by Juttershuis. Availability and the displayed price are checked again when accepting.
Price and payment
The confirmation states the total price, inclusions, deposit and due dates. If booked less than seven weeks before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Otherwise the rounded deposit stated in the confirmation is due, with the balance payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
Stay
The house is for no more than four registered guests. Subletting, parties, nuisance and damaging use are prohibited. Guests must follow reasonable house, safety and parking rules.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations and changes must be requested in writing. The conditions and any costs stated in the individual confirmation apply. Platform bookings remain subject to that platform’s conditions.
Damage and liability
Damage or defects must be reported promptly. Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves or their party. Juttershuis is not liable for matters beyond its reasonable control except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Force majeure and complaints
In force-majeure situations the parties will seek a reasonable solution. Complaints should be reported during the stay where possible and afterwards to info@juttershuis.nl.
Law
Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
