Data we process
For contact or booking requests we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, stay dates, number of guests, message, language and, where applicable later, number-plate and payment details. Booking platforms may also provide reservation data.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer questions, assess requests, perform agreements, arrange payments and parking registration, prevent fraud and double bookings and meet legal record-keeping duties. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with necessary hosting, email, booking-platform and parking-registration providers, or where legally required. Booking and payment records are kept for contractual and statutory periods; contact-only messages no longer than necessary.
Cookies and external services
The site uses only technically necessary session data for forms and security. Fonts are served locally from this website; no connection to Google Fonts is made.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing by emailing info@juttershuis.nl. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). No automated decision-making with legal effect is used.

We use appropriate security measures and may update this notice when the site or law changes.
